Being one of its’ kind, our fund is an index enhancer fund focusing on enhanced returns over the Nasdaq-100^® index. The genesis of our strategy is the cognizance that there are leaders and laggards within the Nasdaq-100 stocks, and the fund modulates the composition of the index to allocate more to the leaders and yet keeping low tracking error.

Backed by a strong team of research analysts and a rigorous due diligence process, our bottom-up approach identifies new technology incubators within the index – Zoom, Tesla, T-Mobile, AutoDesk, Verisk, Check Point Software, Intuitive Surgical etc. – and optimally increases the allocations to such companies. To further improvise the performance of the fund, we utilize other assets classes like fixed income and derivatives incorporating strategies like leveraged bond buying, call-put writing among others.

Century Private Wealth works under the “License agreement” with Nasdaq and has been granted a license to use the Index as a basis for determining the composition of its investments and to use certain trade names, trademarks, and service marks of Nasdaq in connection with this fund.

The principal investment objective of the Cell is to generate enhanced performance on the Nasdaq-100^® Index, over a medium to long-term horizon.

The Fund Manager intends to achieve the investment objective by participating in the NASDAQ-100^® index stocks and actively managing the weightings of individual constituents of the index based on proprietary investment techniques. To achieve the desired allocation to each security, the Fund Manager may take long/short positions. To further maximize the total return of the fund, the Fund Manager may use a combination of fixed income securities and derivatives.

The Cell intends to enhance the performance of Nasdaq-100^® Index, thus the primary universe will include constituents of the index. To further enhance the performance of the cell, it may, participate in various internationally listed fixed income securities issued by Governments, Quasi Government, Public Enterprises as well Corporates which may be rated as Investment Grade or Non- Investment Grade.
